TOWN DISTRICTS BILL. (Special to Times). WELLINGTON, Oct. 31. The Town .Districts JiilJ, which has been introduced by the AttorneyGeneral, repeals certain portions oi previous Acts and revises other portions, with the effect of providing that portions of main or country roads lying within a town district that lias a population of less than five hundred shall lie made, maintained and controlled by the County Council.
