United Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY, Oct. 24. A scene occurred in tlio Assembly to-day. Mr. John Norton, annoyed at a remark made by Mr. Mood, threatened to shoot YVooil “down like a dog.” There was some excitement till Mr. Norton calmed down.
