Callaghan.—This was an application lor maintenance under the iyestituto Persons Act. —Isabel Callaghan deposed that her husband died about tnrcc years ago, leaving no proporty. She had eight cliililren—live girls and three boys. Four ol the daughters were making their own livings. Had written some time ago to her eldest soil, who had been working regularly for the jiast year, but received nothing. Tlie next son helped a bit, but tho other not at all.—An order for 10s per week, was made against, the eldest son, defendant. O’Grady v. O’ Grady.—This was an application for a prohibition order. Tlie order was granted by consent.
