FIRST COUNTY STAKES HANDICAP, of 40 sovs; second-horse to receive 5 sovs from stake. For all horses bred in the Counties of Cook, Waiapu, and Wairoa. Six furlongs. 4. SPRING HANDICAP, of 110 sovs; second horse to receive 10 sovs from stake.
