A CONFERENCE DECLINED

The Railway Companies’ Association rejected Mr. Richard Bell’s suggestion that three members of the Association should meet three delegates from the Amalgamated S'ociety of Railway Servants to discuss the meaning of the employees’ demand for the recognition of their Society and its officors.
