Mwkaraka cemetery. On Monday afternoon at tho schoolroom, Te Karnka, a presentation on behalf of tlio children was made to Miss F. B. Greeno, lately mistress at tho school, who has rosigned her position in view of her approaching marriage. Tho Chairman of tho school committee, Mr. Lewis, made the presentation, which consisted of a rattan afternoon tea table, a handpainted afternoon tea set and silver butter and jolly dishes to match. Mr. Lewis spoke in high terms of Miss Greene’s work, and was supported in the same strain by Mr. Sefton, headmaster, Miss Greene suitably resnonding.
