I Alleged Carnal Knowledge.—David I Davis Trow, alias Dick Harrison, was charged with carnally knowing a I girl under 16 years of ago, at Napier. Sergeant Williams, who conducted tho prosecution, asked that tho caso bo romanded to Napier till tho 11th ' inst., his request being granted. Broach of Probation Liconso.— David Davis Trow was further charged with failing to comply with the terms of his probation license. This j caso was also adjourned to Napier till tho 11th inst.

I Scott and Morrison certified that I the accused was not in a fit state I to bo at largo, and tho Bench com- I mitted him to the Auckland Mental I Hospital.
