PERSONAL.
A Press Association telegram from Wakapuaka states that Mr. F. H. Dodd, who for upward of four years and a half has been in charge of the Government telegraph office there, has been promoted to charge of the telegraph department in Napier. Mr. Dodd expects to take up his new position about the middle of the month.
