ECONOMIC RELATIONS DEFINED
United Press Association —Copyright (Received Oct. 7, 10.50 p.m.) VIENNA, Oct. 7. A new Ausgleich has been arranged settling the economic relations between Austria nd Hungary. For a decade a commercial treaty was substituted for the jjresent Customs and commercial union. __ Hungary's contribution to the common expenses of the monarchy have been increased by 1 per cent.
