Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oot, 3. To-night’s Gazetto proclaims that in the Waimarino acclimatisation district no person shall take more than 20 trout or 301 b weight of trout in any one day. The special regulations regarding a day’s catch do not apply to the Hawke’s Bay, South Canterbury, Ashburton, and Otago districts. A day’s take is limited to 20 trout in Wanganui and Nelson acclimatisation districts. The time within which the Nightcaps Commission of Inquiry is to report is extended to November Ist. Jevily Redward, barrister, of Wellington, is appointed assistant law officer to the Government. Captain J. T. Boswonth is appointed intelligence officer for Auckland military district-. The Postmaster-General forbids the forwarding of correspondence to or issue of money orders in favor of Snr. R. Gennert, Oporto. Portugal, or Cuuliffe Russell and Co., Place De La Bourse, Paris.
