Mr. Beauchamp said he would sup-POrti-Ttlio v motion if Mr. Fletcher woiilcl assist in getting a chiropodist, a manicurist, and a barber for the wharf laborers’ in their own homes. These men might not bo able to look after their toenails, probably, and it would be a great advantage to have them properly looked after. In the course of their daily work_ their hands beoanio soiled and their nails out of order, so it would be a great advantage to have a manicurist.
