Nineteen balloons competed in the Grand Prix of Hie Aero Club, Pans The Leonard, steered by Bleobel ami |,eiers, won with a flight of 160 miles, descending into tho sea north of Ostend. . The balloonists were thrown into tho water, but regained the oar, and by means of lifediues tied themselves An Unslegerman lines rescued them. Fivo balloons are still missing.
