Plaintiff was a young unmarried woman. whose illegitimate child had been maintained liv the lather for a number of years in a Home. Some time ago the father of the child married another w.oman. who bore linn a child which died. Armed with a removal warrant the wife went to the Home and look aivu-v her husband s illegitimate child. Tile*.mother sued for recovery ol the child lioiu the possession of its lather. 1 In* case was adjourned for a week.
