THREE CHILDREN BURNED TO DEATH. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Sept. 24, 1.14 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 23. A fire at Jarvie’s house, Warret, started from an incubator. Two children wero burned to death._ A third boy, aged nine, after heroic efforts to rescue the others, succumbed to his injuries. Tho father was badly burped.
