Tlio Tribune publishes a cab!} 'ram to the effect that Mr. Coghlan has cabled to his Government intimating that owing to the hostile chart d the Commonwealth tariff, British and Continental manufacturers are unlikely to support the prop Hid Sidney Exhibition. Inquiries made at Mr. Coghlan’s office elicited tl o fact that no such telegram was sent.
