SUSPECTED CASE OF PLAGUE.
A FALSE ALARM. Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 20. Dr. Mason, Chief Health Officer, who visited Timaru in connection with tho case of suspected plague, telegraphs to tho Minister of Public Health that the public can be assured that the patient is not suffering from plague.
