Tlio Dairy Congress recommended that the nations represented prohibit the importation of butter from countries not accepting obligations regarding substances mixable with butter or not possessing an efficient controlling organisation to enable them to secure purity of butter. They also recommended the prohibition, of butter not provided with a State guarantee.
