DEMANDS PROPER TREATMENT OF CHILDREN. THREATENS TO USE BOMB AND REVOLVER. United Press Association —Copyr gilt Received Sept. 18, 9.33 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 18. At noon on Monday a handsome girl of 18 interviewed a director of the Russian Steam Navigation Co., Odessa, and demanded on behalf oi the Anarchist Committee that the company’s school should be better conducted and the children fed as well as educated. When the director tried to ring a bell the girl threatened to throw a bomb, advising the terrified director to obey the Anarchists’ mandate. The girl left, and threatened with a revolver a porter who attempted to stop her. She then rejoined six armed males outside, and esoaped.
