NOTICE IS HEREBY " GIVEN that this Council proposes to execute a certain Public Work, viz., the construction of a road in Okaliuatia No. 1 Block, and in subdivision 1, of Okahuatiu No. 2 Block, Block XII, Ngatapa Survey District, and to take for that purpose the lands described in the accompanying schedule. The works to bo undertaken are formation and drains. Any person having any objection to the taking of this land, or who will ho injuriously affected by the proposed works, is requested to state the objection in writing, and send the writing to the Office of the Cook County Council on or before the 14th October. 1907. A plan of the land to be taken may be seen at the office of tlio Council, Gisborne, during office hours.
