Press Association. ’ ' PALMERSTON, Sept. 17. At a meet ing of the A. and P. Association, mention was made of the fact that £939 had been subscribed towards the funds in Wellington. In. regard to judging by dairying instructors, the chairman thought the Department had good reason for its decision.
