A FIFTH DREADNOUGHT.
United Press Association— Copyright Received Sept. 17, 10.55 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 17. The “Daily Express” says a fifth Dreadnought will be commenced at Portsmouth immediately, with a displacement of 20,000 tons and armament of 8 13.5 guns. The Admiralty s decision is attributed to tho failure of the Hague Conference.
