The Union Co.’s Waipori left for Napier yesterda- morning, having discharged 350 tons of coal at tills Tyser Co.’s Star of Scotland left for Brisbane yesterday afternoon. The shipments from this port were: 9756 carcases mutton, 1603 pieces mutton, and 1003 quarters beef. The scow Alert arrived from Ngunguru yesterday morning with 130 tons of coal for Messrs Robb Bros. The voyage occupied about 50 hours. The Union Co.’s s.g. Mourn arrives from South this morning and proceeds to Auckland. Kotare leaves for Napier this morning for a load of shingle for the company. The Union Co.’s s.s. Haupiri arrives

this morning from Orevmouth via Napier with a cargo of coal for this port. She proceeds to Auckland via Coast ports at 5 p.ru., the mail closing at 4 p.m. to-day. The Union C'o.’s s.s. Talune arrives from Auckland to-morrow afternoon and proceeds south during the evening. Richardson and Co.'s s.s. Bum’s departure from Napier for Gisborne has been indefinitely postponed. The auxiliary schooner Ivneo sails for East Coast ports and Auckland to-day.
