THE NUMBER IN FORCE
(Special to Times). W ELLINGTON, September 10. A return laid on the table of the House to-day shows that on July 31st last there were 12,692 leases-iuiperpe-tinty, and that the number of original tenants then in possession under such leases was 7201.
