Arrangements liavT: been completed lor Air. Gus. I,e,Tier, champion fancy player of Australia, to play two exhibition matches in Gisborne. He will arrive from Auckland to-day. He meets Air. Gardiner on Thursday evening and Mr. To Ivani Pere on Friday. In each case the game will ho 750 up and the concession to the local players 350. After the conclusion of the games Air. Left'ler will give an exhibition of fancy strokes of which he is a complete master. He will also give nil exhibition of the attractive “cradle” cannon.
