Notice is hereby given that this Council proposes to execute a certain Public Work, viz., the construction of a road in Okahuatia No. 1 Block, and in subdivision 1, of Okahuatiu No. 2 Block, Block XII, Ngatapa Survey District, and to take for that purpose the lands described in. tho accompanying schedule.
