Naumoff, a Russian', has been arrested on a charge of fatally shootng Count Kamarowsk-i, a Russian, at Venice. The latter’s Life was injured for £20,000 in favor of the divorced. Russian - Countess Tainowski, aged 26, to whom he was betrothed. The latter and her lawyer, Prilukoff, have been arrested here on a charge >f collusion in the murder. She alleged that Naumoff, a young married man, was passionately in love with her, and determined to kill Kamariwski. She sent Prilukoff with a defective to protect the Count and prevent the murder, but Prilukoff confessed that her extravagance . had ruined him, and driven him to rob his clients. . She planned the murder to obtain Kamarowski’s insurance, Prilukoff and she desiring thereafter to marry, adding that Naumoff was merely a t-00l in her hands. COUNTESS CONFESSES COMPLICITY. Received September 10, 10.25 p.m. VENICE, September 10. Countess Tainowski confesses to complicity in the murder. She de-. scribes Prilukoff as tho originator.
