Air. G. J. A. Johnston, Deputy-Re-gistrar of tlio Supremo Court, will return to Gisborne on the 18th inst. A Press Asssociation telegram from Wellington records tlio death of’Afr. T. K. Warburton, father of Air. .1. K. Warburton, auditor-general, aged 89 years. Air. B. (Houston, C.E., representing Mr. Hay, waterworks engineer, will arrive from the South this morning, to supervise the filial stages of the contract.
