SINKING VESSEL TOWED TO PORT. United Press - Association—Copyright SYDNEY, September 6. The underwriters have received a cablegram announcing that the Ger-mnn-Australian steamer Plauen, bound from Svdnev- to Antwerp, .lias been towed into Vigo in a sinking condition, having been in a collision.
