WhAtehouse, tho rider of Biillwortih, received internal injuries, and was removed to a private hospital. Results:

Also ran: Waiiton, Netlierby, Walk-ura, Waterworks, Alsop, Lifebuoy. Won by a length. Time, 3min 47sec. Dividends, £3 11s and £3 15s.
•Electric—lvareron 1, Nuk-utihi 2, Narrow Escape 3. Also ran: Goldwai, Perl-ie, Alpigene. Won easily by two lengths. Time, lmin lOsec. Dividends, £3 4s and 11s. Hack Steeplechase—Redshank 1, Morpeth 2, Columbine 3. Also ran: Peruvian, Pilot, Rullworth, Kereru, Whipcord, Miangolia. -Only tlie placed horses finished; the others fell. Won easily. - Time, oniiii 33sec. Dividends, £l4-2s and £1 14s.
