LABOR TROUBLES
THE BELFAST RIOTS. AN INFLAMMATORY SPEECH. United Press Association —Copyright LONDON, September 5. The Batli Congress fiercely denounced English blacklegs assisting the Shipping Federation to fight the strikers. Hamburg and Antwerp unanimously resolved to ask the Government to soareliingly inquire into tho shooting of strikers at Belfast. Some strongly blamed Mr. Birrell. Resolutions were passed in favor of giving postal servants full oivil rights, and abolishing overtime in all trades. Mr. GruneO, Commoner, speaking at Ivillelagh, stated that some members of the Government would be glad to see cattle-drivers deal a deathblow to all landlordism and ranching by clearing the Land. Then they would get Parliament to ratify it. The drivers need not fear getting into trouble, as some members of the Government would see they were treated very kindly.
