INACCURATE REPORTING

(Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, September 4. In the House this afternoon Air. W. Fraser drew attention to tho incorrect reporting of tho Press Association. He said lion, members would agree that- it would ho better for members not to ho reported at all thairttliat they should be made to say exactly the opposite from what they did say. He drew attention to the exceedingly incorrect report of some remarks of his published in tlio papers of the colony by the Press Association the other day. (Hon. members: hear, hear). Air. Tanner said that was not the first case. Air. Fraser proceeded to explain tho inaccuracy he complained of and added that members would agree that iie was right in "drawing attention to such a glaring case. He admitted that it had not been intentional, probably tho mistake occurred through some reamrks made by AR. Mander having been attributed to him, Air. Fraser.
