Tho Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent states that a more definite commercial agreement will be concluded between Germany and England at the end of the year; also a treaty between Germany and Canada, whereby Canada will obtain most favored- nation treatment, conceding to Germany the benefit of the Canadian middle tariff.
