CONSPIRATORS SEVERELY DEALT WITH. United Press Association—Copyright Received August 30, 10.52 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 30. Lieutenant Nikitenko and two others have been sentenced to be hanged for organising an attempt against the Czar. Three others, including a woman, were sentenced to eight years and another to four years in connection with the plot to overthrow the existing regime, while four women and a man were sentenced to life-long exile in Siberia. Six were acquitted.
