PROPOSED NEW SYSTEM

WELLINGTON, August 21. In reply to Mr. Arnold to-day the Premier stated that the practico oi city corporations as to keeping separate accounts in respect of their different undertakings will be inquired into and if this is found to be unsatisfactory the Government will consider the matter.
