Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 14. An inquest was held to-day on William. H. Heares, an employe of the ' Municipal Council, who was injured by a premature explosion of a blasting charge in the Council’s quarry. He was doing well in the hospital - when tetanus set in and death resulted. A verdict of accidental death was returned. The Coroner held an inquiry to-day mto the circumstances connected with ‘ : "he death of Richard Sullivaii, late master of the cutter Flora, which was wrecked on the Devonport side of the liarbor on July 20.
