Special to Times. WELLINGTON, August 14. In answer to a question by Mr. Flatman as to the citation of 7000 Canterbury farmers before tho Arbitration Court the Minister for Labor to-day replied:—The matter of citing parties to an industrial dispute rests with the Union concern'll. No unnecessary inconvenience or expense to those interested should be incurred and every effort will bo made to prevent this. The matter of fixing the plate of sittings rests _ with the Court itself. If there is likely to he such a large attendance farmers when the case again comes before the Court adequate accommodation will bo provided.
