French soldiers wounded in the first encounter are dead. The Aloorish quarter of Casablanca is in ruins. The State Bank lias been sacked and sixt thousand iiesetas stolen. The laud batteries have been destroyed. The D aily Telegraph’s Tangier correspondent states that 1000 Aloors were killed at Casablanca.
