Attivood applied for a judgment summons against A : . Aston (sour.) for £5. Air. Burke appeared for tho plaintiff and Air. Filin for defendant. The defendant deposed that since the judgment he had not earned enough to pay the amount. He was an umbrella mender, and made an average of about 15s a week. He liad no property, but his wife had property valued at £1301). —His AA’orship dismissed the summons.
