United Press Association— Cop /right LONDON, August 5. Earl Clanwilliam. [Tlie deceased, Richard James Clanwilliam, was the fourth Earl of that name. He entered the Hoyal Navy in 1845, was made Rear Admiral in 1876 and Admiral in 1886. In 1895 he was Admiral of the Jleet and from 1891 to 1894 was Naval Commaiider-in-Ckief at Portsmouth.]
