The official anlouncemeiit that King Edward also meets the Emperor Francis Joseph at Ischlbeen is warmly welcomed by the Austrian press. It is asmined at A'ienna that Balkan affairs will be the chief topic at Ischlbeen. The Vienna newspaper,, AVeiner Allegemeine Zeitung, declares that a formal Anglo-Austrian agreement will je entered upon, covering the interests of Britain and Austria in the Balkans and the Mediterranean.
