Householders desiring the watci sheuld therefore apply to the town Clerk before the end of the month to obtain the benefit of this concession. LICENSED PLUMBERS. All Plumbers working on jobs connecting pipes to Council’s Waterworks must bo licensed, and the Council will not allow water to bo usd through pipes laid by unlicensed plumbers, nor until pipes and taps have been approved by the Engineer.
