THE TIME OF THE COUNTRY.
FURTHER FARCICAL WASTE. Press Association. WELLINGTON, last night. Practically the whole of this evening was taken up with a repetition ol last week’s stonewall in Air. R. There was a disgraceful waste of time am, the occupants of tho galleries who were there for the purnoso of gathering enlightenment- must have been sadly disappointed at the inane character of the proceedings. The so-called debato was not even amusing and the stonewall Was carried on till midnight (when it was too late to enter upon any othor business) and then the dismal farce ended.
