HOCKEY.

The hockey match set down for tomorrow is Kia Kaha and West. End, and as both teams are in good form and bent on winning an exciting game is certain to eventuate. The West End team will be represented by the following:—Roderick (3), Olsen. Olliver, Johnstone, Sim, McLachlan, Somervell, Pirie, and Hooper' 1 emergencies'; Wills and Wi. The Victoria Domain presented an animated appearance yesterday afternoon, when the Gisborne High School-Girls played a team of boys from -''the ;school on No. 2 ground, while’om-No.- 1' ground a football match was played, in which' two of the standards of the Public School tried conclusions. Mr. Olsen refereed’ in -the' hockey- match, and Mr. Kinder acted as coach to the boys.
