ANTI-CHINESE MOVEMENT.
MR. LLOYD’S CAMPAIGN. Press Association. DUNEDIN, last niglit. As an outcome of the visit and addresses by Mr. Lloyd in Dunedin, a provisional committee has been formed to keep the anti-Chinese movement active, and to promote an educational propaganda with the view of inducing people to refrain from patronising Chinese. A conference will be held in Wellington in due course, and a deputation will wait on the Premier. Mr. Lloyd on leaving Dunedin goes to Auckland, speaking at Christchurch and on the West Coast en route, returning to Wellington, via Napier and Palmerston North.
