HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. In tlio House Mr. W. Frazer resumed the debate on the Financial Statement, which was continued by Messrs. Fisher, Buddo, and Barber. The House adjourned at 5.30 p.m. Mr. Barber resumed his speech on the Financial statement on the House resuming at 7.30 p.m. The uebato was continued by Messsrs. Thompson, McLaclilan, Izard, ami Italian. Sir Joseph Ward rose to reply at 11.10 p.m.
