INFANT SUFFOCATED IN BED.
Press Association. DUNEDIN, July 22. At the inquest on Eileen' Barton, aged 7 weeks, medical evidence was to the effect- that the child had been overlain by the mother in some way and the jury returned a verdict accordingly. The Coroner remarked on the very dangerous practice of mothers taking babies, into their own beds.
