Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, last night. At a meeting of the Canterbury Rugby Union to-night the Chairman stated that arrangements were well in hand for a Canterbury team to tour tho West Coast. J. McKinlay, a member of the Sydenham Club’s Junior Flag team, was suspended for kicking an opponent in the Albion-Sydenham match last Saturday.
