United Press Association—Copyright Received July 15, 9.38 p.m. SYDNEY, July 15. Baxter has been committed for trial tor the murder of Mrs. McNamara. In his confession he states that he committed the crime to get money to go to New Zealand. He secured £2O. He didn’t intend to ‘kill Mrs. MacNamara, but she would not keep quiet.
