The Motherland takes the cup. as her team made a better score at 600 yards. Received Julv 14. 4.23 p.m. LONDON* J uly 13. The finish for the Kolapore -up ,vas most exciting. The Motherland finished first. Australia s last five shots were bull’s-eyes, making '7B, .vith which the teams tied, it is a record for team-shooting, beating the School of Musketry’s "5 made in 1901. At 200 yards Australia' Ted .vith 260. Guernsey and Canada 20/, ind tho Motherland 202. At 50(J yards Canada totalled 524, Australia 523. and the Motherland 521. At 500 yards the Motherland scored 207 agaiiist Australia’s 255. The Duke of Connaught and Lord Roberts were present, and watched lie shooting.
