Rhoumadism ©out • Neuralgia Backache Sciatica Indigestion Anaemia Blood Disorders Biliousness Jaundice & Gravel Stone Bladder Troubles Gansral Dobiliiy Sisk Haadaohs All of these complaints are caused by the presence in the body of urinary and biliary poisons, due to ineffective action of the kidneys and liver. A realisation of the work performed by the3e vital organs enables us to understand why, when they fall, we necesarily suffer.
THE KIDNEYS. By a process akin to filtering, the kidneys remove the excess of water from the blood in the form of urine. The kidneys of the average man filter and extract about three pints of urine every day. In this quantity of urine are dissolved about an ounce of nrea, ten to twelve grains in weight of uric acid, and other animal and mineral matter varying from a thfrd of an ounce to nearly an ounce. Now nil these are solid matter, Which, when the kidneys are working heathilv, is dissolved in the urine and leaves the body in complete solutipn. When the kidneys fail, a proportion of the solid matter remains in the blood, and, becoming actively poisonous, produces the various disorders due to urinary poisoning, such as Rheumatism, Gout, Neuralgia, Backache, Sciatioa, Gravel, Stone, and Bladder Troubles. Sick Headache and Anaemia are also gener-Jly attributable to the game cause. THE LIVER
The health of the liver and of the kidneys is closoly related. It is almost impossible for the kidneys to be affected and for the liver to remain healthy, and vice vena. In the liver various substances are actually made from the blood. Two or three pounds of bile are thus made from the blood daily. The liver takes Bugar from the blood, converts it into another form, and stores it up so as to be abla to supply it again to the blood as the latter requires enrichment. The liver changes uric acid, which is insoluble, into urea, which is completely soluble, and the liver also deals with the blood corpuscles which have lived their life and are useful no longer. When the liver is inactive or diseased, the blood becomes laden with biliary and urinary poisons to such an extent that it is not in a condition to take up nutriment from the food wo eat, red corpuscles are no longer formed, and it is these red corpusoles which nourish the nerves. In other words the blood is vitiated and starved, and we are bound to suffer in consequence. Indigestion, Biliousness, Neuralgia, Anaemia, Sick Headache, and Blood Diaorders are but Nature’s signs that the liver is not doing its duty. Warner’s Safe Curs. , i J*, - J near y t , h , lrty y ears smce scientific researoh. directed specially to dieeases of the kidneys and liver, was rewarded by tho discovery of the medicine now known throughout the world as Warner’s Safe Cure. At the outset of the investigation it was realised that it was necessary to find a curative agent which would act equally upon the kidneys and upon the liver, these two organs being so intimately associated in removing the waste products of the body. Warner’s Safe Cure possesses the desired property in its fullest degree. It acts beneficially alike upon the kidneys and the liver restoring them to their original activity, and enabling them to rid the body bv natural means, of all urinary and biliary poisons. This is the reason why there is no necessity for anyone to suffer from Rheumatism, Gout, Backache. Lumbago, Sciatica, Persistent Headache, Neuralgia, Gravel! Stone, Blnticio!' Troubles, Anosmia, Debility, Indigestion, or TorpUl Liver, provided Warner's Safe Cure is taken as directed. Even Bright s Disease yields to treatment by Warner’s Safe Cure. ® A Simple Test to make is to place some urine, passed the first thins in ibe morning, in a covered glass, and let it stand until the next morning. If it is then cloudy, shows a briek-dust like sediment, if particles float about in it or it I*of an unnatural colour, the kidneys are.unhealthy, and no time must bo’loetin taking Warners Safe Cure, or B.=’: t’o rti3.3n.sa, Dlabatos, or some less serious but more painful manifestation of their inactivity will result.
